Australia Days 9-10 Fitzroy Island Snorkelling & Lounging

Nudey Beach: It is a bit of a hike (and quite a letdown if you were hoping it to be a nude beach) but it is a beautiful beach with fabulous snorkeling. We passed a memorable day here snorkeling, playing frisbee, eating pizza crackers, reading, throwing strange fruit at a log, napping and playing 13.

Mike ended up swimming with a dense, enormous school of fish.

A sting ray trying to hide.

Also, the secret garden walk during which we planned out a survival plan in case the rest of the world became uninhabitable stranding us on Fitzroy (this is what comes of reading Hunger Games on vacation).
